
Do I need to book?
We do keep some tables unreserved for walk ins, but we can’t guarantee they’ll be one left when you arrive, we do get busy at peak times so we would advise booking a table to ensure there is one ready for you.
Is there a deposit needed to book?
We don’t take deposits for bookings. For larger groups and weekend bookings, we do require a booking guarantee -you won’t be charged anything, nothing will leave your account. Our system will just hold your details and if you do not show up without letting us know, there is a $10/head charge. If you can’t make your booking, even a minute before, just cancel it from your confirmation email, or email us @ glenelg@uniqorneats.com and you won’t be charged.
Do we take group bookings?
We have plenty of private party options available on our website for larger groups. We will try our best to cater to larger groups - but we are limited to groups of ten during our peak times. Sat/Sun brunches are our busiest time - send us an email and we can advise on available times we can fit a larger group in.
Can we cater for people with allergies?
We have lots of options for people with allergies, just chat to our staff when you order and we’ll do our best to cater for you.
Are we wheelchair accessible?
We are! There is a slight ramp on the front door, the rest of the venue is flat. We have accessible toilet facilities
Can we cater for people with sensory issues?
We will do our best to help out our guests with sensory issues, we have some areas that are quieter and with less traffic. There is a lot going on though, and during our busy times it can get a bit loud. So we would suggest booking your table during a quieter time.
